Gloria's experience with carrots

Gloria has moved into the big-girl realm of vegetables.  This week is carrots, and she's pretty happy with them. Excuse the awkward angle and bad background (which my new flash allowed me to blur out - previously I couldn't have used such low aperture settings in a dark room END GUSHING ABOUT MY FLASH).  This was taken as I lied, miserable, in bed.  But not so miserable that I couldn't force Mike to feed Gloria on the bed so I could photo-document every orange, squishy mouthful.  I'm one of those obnoxious moms even with cold chills and a sinus migraine.

I feel somewhat better today.  Which is good, because Gloria is becoming quite the little animal to keep up with.  These photos were taken within an eight-minute span of time.  Every time I looked up she was in a different place.

There.  A play-by-play of my six-month-old moving three feet.  Take that, internet.  Quiver under the sheer mass of my parentally obsessed photography.
